hey guys its ryan again. im sitting at my house in la just chilling out. it feels great to be home for a few days. im still recouperating from our show in austin texas on sat. night. heres what happened:
Some retard didnt tape off the edge of the stage, so when the stage lights are going i cant see anything. So at the end of our set, when we were playing bottom of a bottle i walked up to the front of the stage and just as i stepped past my stage monitor my foot slipped and i fell off stage. My right arm hit the baracade forcing my left hand that was holding the neck of my guitar to slam quickly into my face. i then landed on my back on an angled piece of steel that was supporting the baracade. i got up and my knees where weak and blood was gushing from my mouth and nose all over my face. oyster(our roadie) and some random security gaurd escorted me backstage where i was iced down. that shit was not cool.
At least im ok. if i would have fell a diffrent way my head could have hit the baracade and the fantastic damage could have been way worse. oh well, my nose is still sore, i keep picking out bloody boogers, and my back is fucked. if that aint rock and roll i dont know what is...i reckon im ok and ready to play a show tonight at the anaheim house of blues here in socal. well i gotta go kids, i still gotta pack-laundry is a motherfucker

It was some shit, maybe people who own clubs should check out the backrounds of the people they hire to work. Maybe that way they'd have people who know what they are doing. On a kinder note, I'm happy your okay, and keep on rocking... Your not rocking if you don't get a few bumps and bruises along the way right?

P.S. I was messing around with some of your songs on a acoustic before. You should really talk with MTV about doing an Unplugged session once you get a large enough fanbase and some $$$ from touring. It would definitely give you some publicity and get the Bottom of a Bottle video up on the charts.
