Hey man. I got the whole insomniac thing goin' on myself. It's about 3:20 in the a.m. and i'm still sittin around jammin on guitar. I requested the fuck out of Silhouettes on mtv.com hoping that they would start playing it and I'd get to see it, but I still haven't seen it. I'm startin' to get a little pissed here... As for a prank on Trapt, right before they go on, knock their guitars and basses out of tune. Maybe even loosen a drum head or two. Ha, that would be classic, but maybe too mean. They sure as hell would look like complete morons... Also man, my best friend has got a band and I've got an mp3 of a song of theirs. I think they're pretty killer. liquid dish soap into the toilet tank...n the next person to flush the toilet will cause a lot of bubbles....or you could saran wrap their bus door preferably when its not really bright out.....she says its hard to open...or spread vasaline across the windshild...or take an Oreo cookie - and scrape all the filling out. Then get some toothpaste and make this the filling. Hey, i was thinking again about some other pranks, and i came up w/ a few, i figured it wouldnt really be fare for the fans of Trapt for you to come on and mess w/ their equipment, and fuck up their performance like that.

but doing stuff to THEM isnt that bad ... Right?

So, well, its kinda gross, okay, i take that back, its REALLY GROSS, and im a chick! lol!

...it involves Tampons and ketchup! Kay, get the tampons, and get them out of their wrapping and what not, put them in a bowl of ketchup and get them drenched! and when they are performing, get either right infront of the stage or on the side of the stage and conspicuously throw them at them

... or you could always put them in their beds, and in other random places on their bus' (toilet, shoes, sinks, windsheild, hanging off doors, fridge, ect..) the night before the show, that way when they wake up they will have a story to tell everyone!!

Other ideas i had were antiquing (flouring) the fuck out of them, yeah, real orginal i know... you could also steal all their shoes during the night (to make sure no ones wearing them), they would have to play w/o them and freak out right???

Also keep my Previous suggestion in mind, i posted it about #74ish, and Susan from Indiana repeated it, so if you chose to use it, remember it was my idea first.. Hey Derek! Man, that sucks about you not being able to sleep. YOu should try and take a calcium/zinc supplement if you aren't already. Don't start taking sleeping pills. They are quite addictive! 1 tylenol PM should do the trick tho if you have to. Heck maybe you just need to relax, so maybe an ibuprofen would work? I hope you get some sleep soon! I wouldn't want you to hurt yourself behind the drum kit because of being tired. Will from NTS always kills his hands because he tends to get careless. His hands are GROSS! Anyway, wish I could be there next Friday! I know you guys are gonna rock the place! And with the family there I know it makes it that much more special!
I have a prank for ya. How about hair gel? Put it EVERYWHERE! door knobs, beds, etc. I remember one band I know doing that. Mucho gross, but quite amusing. Coming out during Trapt's set in undies with Trapt written on it would be pretty funny too. Peppering a cake or some goodies or hot sauce or tabasco on stuff. Adding "background noise" to the vocals would be funny. I remember a concert in CT when Dee Snider did that!Of course, then you'd have to get their sound guy to participate.

Since I love my neice and nephew,They come over and hang out with me on weekends when I don't work. Matt(my nephew) was going through my cds and totally fell in love with you guys. I know u wont have enough time to read this note, but its worth a try. I've tried SO HARD to get to one of ur concerts, but everytime i get close, something happens to where i cant...I wanna go so bad!! You guys rock! I remember the first time i heard ya'll, i memorized ur name, and told everyone about ya'll, but in the beginning they had no clue who i was talkin about, until i mentioned ur song "Bottom of a Bottle". I love ur CD. I listen to it EVERY morning on the bus...they play music on my bus, but i prefer to listen to rock in the morning, it gets me pumped 4 the upcoming day. I almost died one time, when my batteries died, and i couldnt listen to ya'll at all! It's only like 20 min.s in the morning to the school, but i couldnt stand it, so i tuned out the other music, and started singin ur songm and people saw me and started laughin, but even some other peope started singin it w. me, and soon the bus driver just turned off the other music, because some other people were singin too, and the others just wanted to hear us, and so did she...no like everyone knows who u r! I voted 4 ur video "Silhouettes" too, i love that song, i kept listenin to it over and over, when i 1st got the CD. Also i wanted to say Derek, i love ur jokes, i actually get them, except that fly one, i dont get it, but i laughed anyways (is that weird?) Well i dont feel so slow on them, so thats good. People always call me blonde, when i'm not, and say i'm slow, but we all just laugh about it, its not like it bothers me...I love ur band, website, CD, and everything else associated w. u!

I was listening to therapy off of the cd and i went on the website, sillouettes started playing, and i was just like whoa, what's this, because it was weird, but cool because they actually kind of fit together! just a random little thought...for the trapt prank thing, steal all of their crap right before the show so they have no guitars or anything so that they freak out. that'll be good just so long as they aren't super possessive about their guitars, i did that to a friend once with her fav guitar and she went completely insane. it was still funny, but also kind of scary. so yeah. i saw troy yesterday!! it was good, but really pissed me off because it wasn't true to the Iliad at all. so see it if you haven't read the Iliad, and it'll be awesome. Brad Pitt has some very funny facial expressions, made me start laughing at some of the most serious parts of the movie. anyways, i'll leave you all alone now.

another idea for the trapt thing, if they don't check their equipment too carefully before shows, see if you can hook their guitars up to some distortion pedals without them noticing. it might be too hard, i don't know. then when they're playing have some fun with the sounds. it would be hilarious. bye bye for real now
