I'm sorry to hear that about your friend. Addiction is the worst. I had a VERY close friend die of an overdose and it makes you realize that everyone isn't here forever, so cherish them while you've got them. My brother just recently quit using heroin after about 7 years of using. I cannot express how happy I am for him and for myself. Now i don't have to wake up wondering if he is still there. That's is the absolute worst feeling in the world. Sorry to ramble on and on...

ok, so we got there at about 4 something, and it didn't start til like 5:30, but they started to show early..first was the Berden Bros. or sumthin like that, they were really good and had a really hott guitar player..I had heard some of there songs before so ofcourse i sung along..there were ppl smokin weed EVERYWHERE..i was disgusted!..its one thing to do it at home in ur livin room w/ a bunch of buddies, but out in the freakin open..I think that jus shows low class doin it where ppl around u could POSSIBLY be allergic to smoke..sheeeeesh..my throat hurts!..but ooo well, i'll live..oo yea, then i got hit on by this guy who asked if i wanted to go drink beer and smoke some weed before Stainds set..i was like, "OH! uhhhh, no thank you sir"..he said, "yall are still in high school huh"..then i pointed to Jaime and said, "well she's not"..hell i'm not even in high school yet..ahahahahahahah..and then there were these retards pushin..UGH..haha, jk its a rock concert, I GET IT..but i jus don't understand why they can't jus rock out, but NO, they have to smoke weed, they have to get drunk ((not complainin about that)) they have to push, they have to throw body surfers on there heads..ppl r jus mean..there was this one guy standin by us, realllllll fine and proper guys, one said to the other, "look, i just baught this marijuana" and the he lit it up, and i said, "you seein little green ppl yet" and one of they guys that we had made friends w/ said, don't say stuff like that, u get high and u get paranoid..i was like, OMG WHOA!!..so......oo yea, back to the shows..Shinedowns set WAS CRAZY..ppl were freakin out, Shinedowns singer is a mad note, i love him!..in this one part he was talkin about ur dreams, and he said if we don't be wat r dream is he's gonna come back and kick are ass..haha..but what made me almost tear up, was how he was talkin about it, cuz sometimes i think what i want is jus outta reach, but fuck it, i shall live my dream..haha..but Staind was so awesome, they did a really long set..they played some old ones, some new ones..very good time..there was this guy beside us..DRUNK AS HELL!..and he was sayin, 'FUCK STAIND, WE WANNA C SLASH!!'..and me and kelb were laughin so hard..and then they played "its been awhile" and the guy started singin..haha..OO YEA!! and one of the guys we were w/, had on a Smile Empty Soul shirt, i was like, holy shit kelby LOOK!!..haha..he started talkin to jaime, and kelby said, "she is OBBSESSED w/ those smile empty soul ppl" and he was like, theyre the best..and i said, YOUR DAMN STRAIGHT!!..and we started talkin about yall..yea, it was a blast..then, we waited and waited and waited for Velvet Revolver..i kinda couldn't believe that i was seein them..i saw Duff, and i was like HOLY SHIT..and started screamin..haha..then we were realllly tired so we walked back up to the like almost top, by the gurls potty, and sat and waited for, "fall to pieces"..and i was singin along the HOLLLLE time..and somebody spit on my flip flop who was behind me down in the "mosh" area..he was high, i was like, WTF DUDE!! I decided to post agian lol, well i never have posted too much but I had to tell you that ur jk was really dirty this time lol, but then any joke about a GYNECOLOGIST is going to be , well dirty. Me and my friends try to make funny jokes but most of them no one gets except us. LOL even the stupid druggies i know don't get them, but then agian most of them laugh at eveything anyways. We have this one joke that is like brought up everytime we all hang out together. It goes like this " HOW MANY PANCAKES CAN YOU FIT IN A DOG HOUSE? NONE CAUSE FISH DON'T EAT ICECREAM." Do you get it? Yeah me either, infact i don't think anyone does... except maybe my brothers imaginary friends lol . He's not been quite right since he tried to run over the top of my friends moving car and rolled off the back into some bushes. Hes ok physically but i wonder still about mentally. LOL my friends are all dorks we have a group of ppl from the ages of 17- 22 and most the time all we do is go out to parking lots and make silly videos trying to immitate the show jackass. ;) its all the funnier when some one gets hurt even to them. but yeah I got to go, we have to watch the baseball game and root for my home-town team the Astros, maybe they wont messit up tonite.

Oh, my. Here I am again but I just read that thing at the end about drug abuse. Over the summer my mom tried to overdose on drugs and kill herself. It was awful. I hope no one I know ever has to go through that.

Matt, the guy that i think looks like you is gonna be there, coz duh, hes on the football team, even tho our team sucks. haha weve losta ll the games where our team hasnt even scored. haha. so do you like football? what sports are you into? you know being involved in school stuff is great coz i get to go places, so my parents cant say no coz i have to go for all the different stuff im in. like last week me and my friedns went to this teen fest thing in Fontana. it was so fun! they had ppl skatin and bands playin and a ton of free stuff. i only got to see 3 of the 8 bands there, and i only likes 2 of them. yeah that day was great coz were so many hot guys there, hahaha, and we got to talk to them. im listenin to one of the bands right now, theyre called, Understated. theyre like my age, ones 16, the others 17, and the others 18. but theyre really good, as soon as they started their first song, me and my friend looked at eachother and said omg they sound like Green Day. yeah. im listenin to their cd right now and the song is called Astronaut Song. its funny coz he says, i wanna be an astronaut. i wanna get famous and be the first person to touch uranus. i wanna drive a spaceship into a blackhole. HAHAHAHHA. i crack up everytime i listen to that song. oh yeah, i told my friends bout what u said we shulld be for halloween, and they were like, no thats dumb! im not dressing as breakfast. hahaha.

Hey Derek! I'm glad you had fun on your trip. I've been pretty busy here with school. Over the weekend my sister had her baby. Its another boy! He is as cute as can be! I went down to Houston to see him. I also got into a huge fight with my bf this weekend. Just a word of advice to everyone, don't drink and drive. Its not cool. You can go to jail or, worse, hurt yourself or someone else. He drank and drove, showed up at my work to "suprise me" and expected me to get in the car with him.
